Each semester you will have both credential coursework and public school experiences. In a nutshell, your program will be busy and intense, especially in the two semester program.
What internships are available?
Depending on school districts' needs, internship teaching positions may be available. The intern holds a full or part-time teaching position while completing coursework. Currently, most internship positions are in either special education or single subject areas such as mathematics, English or Spanish (other subject matter areas may be available). At this time, only the Special Education and Teacher Education Departments may offer internships.
