Certificate of Academic Achievement [Certificate completion forms are available in the department (Eureka Hall, Rm. 316) or from the ASL Coordinator.]

  • With successful completion of the required coursework, eligible students must meet with the ASL Coordinator for an exit interview (ASLPI).
