Earning Hours for the MFT License

Overview

Students may count the hours at their field study site towards their Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) license with the Board of Behavioral Sciences requirements. Refer to the Guidelines for Supervisors and the BBS Forms and Publications for more details. The following forms are required for BBS hours documentation:

BBS hours documentation is in addition to the Department of Counselor Education's hours documentation requirements documentated in the Field Study Handbook.
