How do I apply for my credential?

Teaching Credential

If you have completed your Multiple Subject, Single Subject or Education Specialist Level I program and are ready to apply for your credential, you may download the appropriate packet below. Please read the checklist carefully and submit any missing documents with your Credential Request Form.

Specialist and Service Credentials

If you are admitted and enrolled in a Specialist or Service Credential program and are ready to apply for your credential, download the appropriate packet below.  Each packet includes a Checklist and a Credential Request Form.  If you are not currently admitted into a program and want more information, click on the department information link provided.
