• Graduation Petition (Social and Community, EDCE, and Individualized)
• Graduation Petition (Elementary Pre-Credential)

Steps for Graduation Petition:

• Typed and printed
• CHDV Faculty Advisor for review and signature
• Then bring to the department office for review and signature
• Cashiers office for payment
• Turn into Degree Evaluations located in Admissions and Records

Graduation Petition Due 1 year in advance on:

• November 1 for Fall Graduation
• May 1 for Spring/Summer Graduation
