FAQ (CCDS)

  1. Do we test adults?
    No. Since this is a School Psychology program, we have decided to test school-age children only. We test students ages 5-21.

  2. Do we accept insurance?
    No, we do not accept insurance, but we will supply proof of services and areceipt that you may submit to your insurance carrier.

  3. Do we have a sliding scale?
    Not at this time, but our goal is to keep our fees reasonable.

  4. Where do we park?
    We will issue each client ONE parking permit to cover all visits, this will allow you to park in any of the open student or staff lots that does not require a special permit.

  5. Will services rendered be discussed with outside sources?
    All services received are kept confidential. Documents discussed or reviewed will need appropriate request forms and authorizing signatures.

  6. If the Center is unable to accommodate clients what will we do?
    In cases where we are unable to assist you, we will do all we can to supply clients with appropriate referrals or other resources.
